You can create a new account by clicking here. New customer accounts let our customers log in using a one-time 6-digit verification code sent by email. A password isn't required to log in.

Setting up an account is optional. Some benefits include, pre-filled address if you’re returning customer, looking up your purchase history, setting up a wish list and tracking the status of your current shipment.

SHIPPING

Yes, all of our items showing In Stock are ready to ship. We warehouse all of our items and do not use drop shipping business model.

Due to the low average price of our items we can not afford free shipping on single items. However, we do offer free shipping if you spend a $125 CAD or more.

We only use expedited service to ship our items that come with tracking number.

We do our best to ship same or next day.

Yes we do but because of the vast variety of price ranges we’re unable to predict the shipping rates for each region. Please contact us with your address and list of items you’re interested in and we will send you a shipping quote.

We ship out of Ontario, Canada so if you are in Canada you will not be charged any duties. If you are in the US you can import/buy up to 800 USD before you will be charged any duties or taxes. If you are from outside of North America please check before you buy as each country has different import laws.

ORDERS

When your order ships you should receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received it please check your “spam” folder.

My order has not been dispatched yet, how can I cancel it?


We are more than happy to help you to cancel your order if it has not been dispatched yet. 

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can arrange this for you.

We process our orders very quickly, so for this to be successful please let us know as soon as you can.

 

My order has been dispatched, how can I cancel it?

You can either try refusing the package so it will be returned to us or return it to us once it's arrived, for a full refund. 

Sorry, once the parcel is dispatched we are out of options.

We try to dispatch the orders as soon as we can, but if you haven't received the email with the tracking yet the chances are that we can still hold, cancel or change your order.

While delivery dates aren’t guaranteed, we promise to ship your order to the address provided within 1-2 business days. We use a variety of couriers, so your item should typically arrive within 1-5 days after it has been shipped, depending on your location. Once the package is in transit, you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number to follow its progress.

Please keep in mind that once the courier has your package, delivery times are out of our control. Delays can happen, especially around major holidays. We recommend checking your tracking information for updates. If you experience any issues or the tracking status doesn’t seem to update, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

If you’re in Ontario or Quebec it generally takes about 2 days, rest of Canada and USA 3-6 days.

RETURNS

Yes, you have 30 days to return the item. For more detailed information please check our Return Policy.

Unfortunately we are a small business and we can not afford to pay for the return shipping. Any return shipping must be covered by the buyer unless the item arrived broken or wrong item was sent, then shipping is the responsibility of EcoFreax.
